What is personal data?
A personal data is data that in some way identifies you as a person. That is, name, address, telephone, email, etc. Non-personal information about bookings, sales and activities is not included as this is considered trade secrets and in many cases covered by accounting rules and accounting obligations.
Who is the Personal Data Controller?
Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB has overall personal data responsibility, which together with the personal data manager at Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel and restaurant Cuckoo´s nest is responsible and determines the purposes for handling, collection and use of the personal data that you provide to us.
How do we store your Personal Data?
Our booking system handles large amounts of personal data. There is a difference between ordinary and sensitive personal data. Sensitive information is e.g. ethnic origin, political opinions, personal data relating to health and sexual preferences. Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB will never collect data on sensitive information.
News and offers via e-mail and SMS
If you do not wish to receive information or take part in offers and news via e-mail or SMS after your visit, please email us at cuckoosnest@radissonblu.com . Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB does not need to obtain consent from you as a guest if you book accommodation or restaurant visits as a customer agreement is entered into when a booking is made.
What happens in the event of a Personal Data Incident?
If Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB receives a data breach or if an accidental loss of personal data occurs, the person in charge of personal data will document the incident and report it to the Data Inspectorate and the affected customer within 72 hours.
What is a Registry Extract?
If you have booked a stay, a restaurant visit, you have the right to see the information that is saved about you in our booking system. This refers to information that can be used to identify you as a person. You who have entered into a customer agreement with Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB, have the right to receive information about what personal data has been stored about you.
You who have entered into a customer agreement with Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB have the right to have all information that can be used to identify you personally removed from 25 May 2018. This refers to information that can be used to identify you as a person. Non-personal information about bookings, sales and activities is not included as this is considered trade secrets and in many cases covered by accounting rules and reporting obligations.
What is consent?
It is the personal data controller who must be able to prove that consent has been obtained. It does not in itself require a special form, but the consent must be obtained in such a way that it can be proven afterwards. Anyone who has given their consent to the processing of personal data must be able to withdraw their consent and thus remove this basis for processing the personal data.
How does GDPR work in practice?
Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB has already introduced or will introduce the necessary functions for administrators in our booking systems to be able to handle all GDPR requests and requests from you as a customer by 25 May 2018 at the latest.
Extract from the register – Anyone who has entered into a customer agreement with Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB can request the stored information at any time. The request is made to info.gothenburg.riverside@radissonblu.com
Offers and Email
Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB has the right, within one (1) year after you as a customer have visited us, to market us to you to a reasonable extent without consent, this with the legal basis of balance of interests.
If you have entered into a customer agreement with Winn Hotel Group Göteborg AB, you can choose to be removed from selected systems or as a whole. You then mail to info.gothenburg.riverside@radissonblu.com to be removed.
